# Edit

Provides access to all edition features related with Forms, Reports and Controls. The displayed features depend on being editing a Form or a Report. Provides access to "Find" feature.

Choosing this option, the Ribbon Bar presents the following possibilities:

In greater detail, the options, by section, are as follows:

Form

* **Properties** - Access the properties management window for the selected form.
* **Actions** - Accesses the actions tab directly in the properties management window of the selected form.
* **Check Usage** - This is a shortcut to the [Find ](/kalipso/6.0/documentation/environment/find.md)option. Indicates where the selected object (in this case the form) is being used.
* **Copy** - Copy the selected form
* **Paste** - Paste the form previously copied
* **Duplicate** - Duplicates the selected form
* **Delete** - Delete the selected form
* **Show/Hide Grid** - In the forms it shows the grid lines or not.
* **Frame Controls** - Frame or unframe controls. The icon changes according to the chosen option.

* **Properties** - Access the properties management window for the selected control.
* **Actions** - Accesses the actions tab directly in the properties management window of the selected control.

* **Copy** - Copy the selected control
* **Paste** - Paste the control previously copied
* **Cut** - Cut the selected control
* **Delete** - Delete the selected control
* **Lock** - Closes the position of the selected control.
* **Group** - Groups a set of selected controls

* **Select All** - Selects all controls on the active form.

* **Properties Toolbar** - Presents, next to the design area, a window with direct access to the properties of the selected control
