* Added icons to Form’s Context Menu to better locate common options.

### Kalipso Designer

* Fixed issue generating Reports. Line type Shapes could be exporting thickness with ‘,’ decimal separator instead of ‘.’.
* Fixed issue in Report Images. ‘Size Mode’ option was mistakenly set to ‘Original Size’.
* Fixed issue sending a test Push Notiification to KClient. A file was missing.
* Fixed issue in Actions with an expanded Expression. When creating the Action, double-clicking the sources (Controls, Variables, etc) would not add the value to the Text Box.
* Fixed issue editing a Control’s Font Size in double layout.
* Fixed issue duplicating a Form. Internal Ids would also get duplicated.
* Fixed display issue when Input Box was set to ‘Numeric Password’.
* Fixed issue duplicating a Form. The Background Image would not be kept.
* Fixed issue copying a Control by right clicking the Project Tree.
* Fixed issue deploying Android Bundle when passwords contained ‘\’.
