# Restart Kalipso

Restarts the specified Kalipso project.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **Project** *\<string> -* The name of the project that the user wants to open after the restart of Kalipso.

This action is an easy way to reload the application. A typical use is after changing the language with the [Set Language](/kalipso/documentation/actions/group-others/set-language.md) action: the new language is only applied to Forms opened after the change, so restarting the application applies it everywhere. It can also be used in any other situation where the application needs to start again from the beginning.
