# Set Language

Changes the application language.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **Language** *\<unquoted string> -* The language setted for the Kalipso Project.

The new language definition is only applied to Form opened after this change. If you intend to apply the setting you show restart the application, using the action [Restart Kalipso](/kalipso5/developing/form/actions/actions-description/group-others/restart-kalipso.md).
