### Kalipso Designer

* Fixed issue reassigning Variable. After the reassign, the list of Variables would refresh an position back to the first item.
* Fixed issue refreshing Linked COmponents. Old files weren't being deleted, causing an error while loading.

### KClient

* -Normalized URLEncode in Windows clients. It was not encoding the following chars like in other KClients # \[ ] : @.
* Fixed issue on Datalogic Barcode SDK integration that could cause application to crash.
* Fixed issue in Win10 client that could cause App to crash when using numeric text boxes on very old O.S. versions (without Universal API contract V5).
* Updated Chainway RFID SDK to latest version to support additional devices.
* Enhancements made to Win10 client for RedrawDisabled mode in RefreshControl to avoid flickering when called from background threads.
