Function to open MSS resources window.

Input parameters:

  • inTitle – Main title of the window;

  • inSubTitle – Sub title of the window (only used on Smartphone, small label below main title);

  • inImagesList – List of Image files separated by “;”;

  • inResourcesList – List of additional resources separated by “;”;
