Function to open MSS resources window.

*Input parameters*:

* inTitle – Main title of the window;
* inSubTitle – Sub title of the window (only used on Smartphone, small label below main title);
* inImagesList – List of Image files separated by “;”;
* inResourcesList – List of additional resources separated by “;”;
