Function to ask MSS to open the MSS screen to select a prospect delivery place.

Input parameters:

• in Prospect Code – Prospect code to filter;

Output parameters:

• outResultCode - Return code: 0 – Done / < 0 Error or user cancelled;

• outSelectedPlace - Code of selected place (LCELCE);

• outSelectedPlaceName - Name of the place (LCEDSC);
