# Qualidade

Nesta opção o Syslog permite a criação e gestão de inquéritos aos utilizadores, que visem determinados processos ou questões que se pretendam recolher e analisar do processo logístico.

Estes inquéritos são criados e mantidos no BackOffice para posteriormente ficarem ativos nos terminais pretendidos.

Consegue-se assim uma melhor gestão logística ao desencadear, quando necessário, inquéritos que promovam uma melhoria da qualidade.
