# FTP File Exists

Kalipso - Form - Actions - Actions Description - Group Communications - FTP File Exists

Check if a specified file exists or not in a FTP Server.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **File** *\<string> -* The name of the file that user wants to find in FTP Server.
* **Target** *\<unquoted string> -* The control or variable that saves the result of this action. If the file is found, the returned value is 1, otherwise is 0.

This action cannot be used to test for directories. The behavior is undefined in this case.
