# Plus

Kalipso - Form - Expressions - Functions - Functions Descriptions - Operators - Plus

This operator is used in *\<numeric>* and *\<string>* expressions. Use it to add one value from another.\

Assuming that we are in a *\<string>* expression.

* *Example 1*

"Kal" + "ipso"\
**Result** = Kalipso

* *Example 2*

"Kalipso " + "#" + "1"\
**Result** = Kalipso #1

Assuming that we are in a *\<numeric>* expression.

* *Example 3*

1 + 2\
**Result** = 3

* *Example 4*

"Kalipso" + 1 + 2\
**Result** = 3
