* Added a new option on Android to allow setting/getting power for specific antennas in Chainway RFID devices with multiple antennas.
* Updated Cortex decoder library to version 4 on Android and iOS to make it compatible with newer devices.
* Upgraded iOS client minimum iOS version to version 15 to comply with latest Apple requirements.
* Updated Android manifest to allow App to be started with implicit intents.
* Fixed issue on Android with standard border on some controls that could cause it to be cut off.
