Synchronization through MIS Communicator

To download MIS Communicator v 5.0 choose the appropriate version from the following links:

Accessing this specific synchronization option the following items are requested:

  • IP - IP address of the computer where MIS Communicator is running.

  • Port - Port number configured on MIS Communicator.

  • Password - Password is mandatory and must be defined on both sides (MIS Communicator and DCAPP) to secure connection.

  • Encrypted - If checked data will be encrypted (AES256) during the synchronization process.

  • Folder - The folder to where the file is exported.

Make sure that the port entered for the MIS Communicator configuration is not blocked in Firewall or Antivirus.

In order to be able to use Communicator with DCAPP there are three permissions that must be granted to the application in MIS. So, to configure you must first stop the MIS Communicator. Then, in the settings, go to "Connections" and then click on the active connection. Choose the "Permissions" tab and activate the following permissions:

  • Receive Files (Send File ToPC)

  • Send Files (Get File From PC)

  • Ping (Ping MISCommunicator)

In the first two permissions it is necessary to indicate the folder where DCAPP is authorized to place the files.

The image below illustrates the process until you get to the permissions you need. We emphasize only that the folder indicated for the DCAPP application is an example.
