Function to ask MSS to return the next number available for a document type.

Input parameters:

• inDocumentType - Type of document;

• inNewNumber - New numerator of the document;

Output parameters:

• outResultCode - Return code: 0 – Done / < 0 User canceled selection or error occurred;
