Function to add a new article to the service.

*Input parameters:*

* inServiceExercise – Exercise of the technical service
* inServiceSeries - Series of the technical service 
* inServiceNumber - Number of the technical service

  inInterventionLine - Number of the current intervention to associate the article
* inArticleCode - Article code
* inCustomerCode - Customer code
* inDeliveryLocationCode - Delivery place code
* inCustomerPriceLine - Customer price line

Output parameters:

* outResultCode – 0 – OK / -3 – Error or user canceled
