Connects to a Nordic ID Scan device.

On Android this uses the same transport layer as the NUR API.

To connect to a barcode engine on a remote device like the EXA51, you can first call **NordicIDNURConnect** to connect using bluetooth, and then call this action to connect to the BarcodeEngine on the same device. You can then immediatly call **NordicIDNURDisconnect** if you are not going to use RFID, since the connection will be kept alive with the Barcode Engine.
