Writes a CipherLab Tag Text.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **Address** *\<numeric> -* The address for the writed data. Use -1 for Tag specific default page.
* **Coded** *\<unquoted string> -* Defines if the writed data is coded or not.
* **Value** *\<string> -* The value to be writed.
* **Login Key** *\<string> -* The login key for the writed data. Use this parameter for specific Tags like Mifare Standard 1K/4K and SLE66R35.
* **Login Type** *\<unquoted string> -* The type of the login. The possible values are:
  * Key A
  * Key B
  * Dynamic
* **Target Length** *\<unquoted string> -* The control or variable to save the length of the writed data.
