Retrieves the list of BLE Characteristic’s for the specified service.

Action available for the following operating systems:

* **Service UUID** \<string>
* **Separator** *\<string>* - By Default CR
* **Timeout (ms)** *\<numeric>* - Value in Milliseconds
* **Target List** *\<unquoted string>* - Control or variable to storage the value.
* **Target Count** *\<unquoted string>* - Control or variable to storage the value.
