* **Parameter** *\<unquoted string> -* The Unitech Parameter that the user wants to set. The available parameters are:
  * Power Level
  * Reader Start Frequency
  * Reader STOP frequency
  * Reader Hop Channel Spacing
  * Listen Before Talk
  * Library Version
  * Firmware Version
  * Dynamic
* **Value** *\<string> -* The value to be setted to the specified device parameter.
* **Set as Default** *\<unquoted string> -* Indicates if the user wants to set this value as default value for the specified device parameter.
