Locks or unlocks a memory bank on a Tag

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

*General*

* **Memory Bank** *\<numeric>*
  * -2 - Access Passw&#x20;
  * -1 - Kill Passw&#x20;
  * 0 - reserved&#x20;
  * 1 - EPC&#x20;
  * 2 - TID&#x20;
  * 3 - User<br>
* **Access Password** *\<string> - The current access password for the Tag.*<br>
* **Lock State***\<numeric>*
  * 0 - Don't Change&#x20;
  * 1 - Open&#x20;
  * 2 - Secured<br>
* &#x20;**Lock Type***\<numeric>*
  * 0 - Don't Change&#x20;
  * 1 - Open&#x20;
  * 2 - Permanent<br>
