Show a Popup menu.

Action available for the following operating systems:

*Dynamic List* (Both lists are values separated by CR)

* **Options List** *\<string>*

*Fixed List*

* **Displayed Value** *\<string>*

* **Target for ID** *\<variable or control>*

*Layout*

* **X** *\<numeric>* - note: Leave empty for Automatic positioning.
* **Y** *\<numeric>* - note: Leave empty for Automatic positioning.<br>
* **Horizontal Alignment** *\<numeric>*\
  1- Right of X\
  2- Centered on X\
  3- Left of X<br>
* **Vertical Alignment** *\<numeric>*\
  1- Below Y\
  2- Centered on Y\
  3- Above Y
