Reads a CipherLab Tag.

Action available for the following operating systems:

* **Coded** *\<unquoted string> -* Defines if the readed Tag is coded or not. The possible values are:
  * Yes
  * No
  * Dynamic
* **Target** *\<unquoted string> -* The control or variable to store the result of this action.
