# Stop Service

Stops one selected service.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **Service** *\<numeric> -* Select a number for a service. Can be Dynamic or 1-10
* **Cancel execution if running** *\<numeric>*
  * 1 - Yes&#x20;
  * 2 - No

Specifying the **Cancel** option, will cause the equivalent of a **Cancel** action to be executed on the service main ActionSet immediately after the currently executing Action. But if this ActionSet internally called another ActionSet, the SubActionSets will not be canceled.
