Get a property of a Psion RFID UHF device.

### Parameters

* **Property** *\<unquoted string> -* The Psion UHF Parameter that the user wants to know. The available parameters are:
  * RF Regulation
  * Power (in mW)
  * LBT/FH Mode
  * Q Value
  * Dynamic
* **Target** *\<unquoted string> -* The control or variable to store the result of this action.
