# HF Read Tag ID

Reads a HF Tag ID.

Action available for the following operating systems:

### Parameters

* **Coded** *\<unquoted string> -* This parameter defines if the data in the HF Tag ID is coded or not. The possible values for this parameter are: *Yes*, *No* or *dynamic*.
* **Serial Port** *\<unquoted string> -* The name of the port that user wants to connect to read a HF Tag ID. Tipically is a Com Port, and user could choose from pre-defined Com Ports from Com0 to Com13. It's also possible defined a port dynamically by choosing option *dynamic* for this parameter.
* **Target** *\<unquoted string> -* The control or variable that saves the result of this action.
* **Timeout** *\<numeric> -* Defines the timeout for this action.
